5. PURCHASE CONDITIONS

5.1. Purchase Process

To purchase any product, the User must add the desired product to the shopping cart and follow the steps outlined on the website. The purchase can be completed either as a guest or by registering and logging into a personal customer account.

5.2. Prices and Taxes

Prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. The tax treatment varies based on the destination:

• Orders Within Spain: Prices include the standard Spanish VAT rate of 21% (excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, which are exempt from EU VAT).
• Orders Within the European Union (OSS System): In accordance with the EU One Stop Shop (OSS) scheme, cross-border B2C sales to customers residing in other EU member states will include the local VAT rate applicable in the destination country.
• Orders Outside the European Union (Rest of the World): Orders placed from outside the European Union (including digital games and physical shipments) are exempt from Spanish/EU VAT. For physical products shipped internationally, local import taxes, customs duties, or clearance fees may be levied by the destination country upon arrival. These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• There is no minimum order amount required to process a purchase.

5.3. Payment Methods

Payments are processed securely via SSL encryption. The accepted payment methods are:

• Credit or Debit Card: (Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, etc.). Refunds or cancellations will be credited back to the original card used.

Shipping fees are determined by the product format and the delivery destination:

• Digital Games: Completely free. No shipping or delivery costs apply worldwide.
• Physical Games (Mainland Spain & Balearic Islands): Free standard shipping.
• Physical Games (Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and Rest of the World): Shipping costs depend entirely on the destination location. The final shipping price will be calculated and displayed on the checkout page after the User fills out their delivery address.

5.5. Delivery Methods and Timelines

Physical orders are shipped via standard courier services directly to the customer’s address.

• Estimated Delivery (Mainland Spain & Balearic Islands): 3-4 business days.
• Estimated Delivery (Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and Rest of the World): Shipped via standard international delivery; final timelines depend heavily on local customs clearance controls in the destination country or territory.

Processing Time: Orders are handed over to the courier within 24 business hours on working days, provided the items are in stock.

Delivery Attempts & Reshipping: The courier company will make two delivery attempts at the designated address. If the customer cannot be reached or located, the package will be automatically returned to our facilities. To re-ship the product, the customer must pay the full shipping cost again, which is fixed at €5 for delivery within Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, or the full applicable shipping rate for all other locations (including the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and international destinations).

5.6. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

• EU Consumers (Right of Withdrawal): In accordance with European Union regulations, consumers within the EU have the right to cancel their purchase and return physical items within 14 days for any reason, without justification. To qualify for a refund, the product must be perfectly sealed, unopened, and unused.
• Non-EU Consumers: All sales shipped outside the European Union are final, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects or shipping errors.
• Digital Content: Once a digital game is accessed, the consumer explicitly consents to begin the service and waives their 14-day right of withdrawal.
• Customized Products: Tailor-made or personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, the customer must ship the product back to our offices at their own expense within the stipulated 14 days. The shipping address is:
